The Novo Carthago Golf and Beach Resort is the first of three seaside resorts that are planned to be developed by Hansa Urbana on the Costa Calida.  The Novo Carthago Beach and Golf Resort is being developed on a tract of land that is more than 5.6 million  sq mtrs.  The development is to be located on the southeastern cost of Spain, nestling on the lagoon of Mar Menor, close to the famous La Manga strip.  Hansa Urbana is direcly responsible for more than 70% of the development, and is in charge for its masterplan design, all the urbanistic Publc Procedures and the ongoing and future development of the resort.  Novo Carthago is being developed in a spectacular part of the Spanish and Murcia coastline.

The development is being constructed in a sympathetic manner within its natural surroundings, thereby ensuring that the core elements of the resort, the golf courses, luxury hotel complex, shopping centres, and residential areas all meld with and benefit from the historical and environmental surroundings.
