Giles Walker Properties Javea are an established Estate Agents in Javea, based in the old fishing port, on the Northern Costa Blanca – Spain, between Denia and Moraira, serving clients from all over Northern Europe.
We are a small independent company staffed by a team of experienced professionals who have taken the decision to move and live here in the best part of Spain, the Northern Costa Blanca. We prefer to take a small, family orientated approach, working with you on a personal basis, treating you as individuals, thereby ensuring that we have the best opportunity of getting it right and helping you find your new Spanish home. All of our resale properties are at most within a short drive of our Javea offices, and so we naturally expect our clients to ultimately become our friends and neighbours. We are always close at hand and eager to assist you in any way we can.

When you come here for an appointment to view, we will listen carefully to your individual requirements and advise accordingly.
